4. Last Indian passport and its photocopy
5. Current foreign passport and its photocopy

N.B.

1. Foreign national married to an Indian national holding valid Indian passport is eligible for PIO card
2. Children below 18 years of age whose parents are having valid Indian passports are eligible for PIO card

Rs.15,000.00 for PIO Card

OVERSEAS CITIZENSHIP OF INDIA (OCI) CARD

N.B.

1. Foreign national married to an Indian national holding valid Indian passport is NOT eligible for OCI card
2. Children below 18 years of age holding foreign passport whose both parents are having valid Indian passports are NOT eligible for OCI card

US$275.00 for OCI Card
US$25.00 for OCI card for existing PIO Card holder

Important Note: Possession of PIO/OCI Card does not entitle the cardholder to undertake any missionary work, mountaineering and research work without obtaining prior permission of the Government of India.
